This role is based in Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, and offers a competitive salary of Rp 3,500,000 - Rp 5,500,000 per month.

In this role, you will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that we source high-quality FFB from reliable suppliers. You will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating prices, and ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all operational activities related to the purchase and sale of FFB from third-party suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady and reliable supply of FFB.
Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to ensure that we are always competitive in the market.
Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide regular reports to the procurement team on the status of FFB procurement activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to ensure that we are always one step ahead of the competition.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the palm oil industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the palm oil industry.
Strong understanding of the palm oil supply chain and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
