As a Boutique Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized shopping experiences, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied and eager to return. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and inviting store environment, and you will have the opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a supportive and collaborative setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for our clients.
• Assist customers with their purchases, including product recommendations, sizing, and pricing.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our boutique is always presentable.
• Manage cash transactions and process returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-curated selection is always available.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote our brand and products through in-store marketing and social media engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product arrivals to provide informed recommendations to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
