📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) for precise inspection of components and assemblies
• Develop and implement inspection plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Perform dimensional measurements and inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards
• Analyze measurement data and identify areas for improvement in the inspection process
• Collaborate with engineers and quality control team to resolve inspection issues and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes
• Train and mentor junior technicians on the operation and maintenance of CMMs
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CMM technology and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMM Technician or in a related role
• Certification in CMM operation and calibration (e.g., ASME B89.1.1, ISO 10360, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with CMM software such as Geomagic, Hexagon, or Mitutoyo
• Strong knowledge of dimensional metrology and quality control principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
