📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines
• Assist in baking and preparing pastries and bread, ensuring consistent quality and freshness
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service
• Contribute to the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management and cash handling
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement new menu items and promotions
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to enhance the overall customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a professional setting
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
