Hotel Joko Auto Service is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality business. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to improve restaurant performance.,Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
