Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance,Participating in company-wide initiatives and projects,Conducting performance reviews and appraisals,Identifying training and development needs for the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of HR policies and procedures,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software
