In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and ensure that all drivers are trained and certified in safe driving practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
