📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.,Ensure all pastries and desserts meet quality and presentation standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a pastry or baking environment is a plus.,Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
