📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Conduct tax planning and optimization for clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax authorities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior staff.,Manage and mentor a team of tax consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous professional development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.,Represent Depot Rama Mart at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a must.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
