As a Mandarin Translator, you'll work closely with our Sales Manager to translate documents, emails, and calls, ensuring accurate and timely communication. You'll also assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences. Daily, you'll be translating complex sales proposals, contracts, and customer inquiries, requiring a deep understanding of both languages and the sales process.

• Translate documents, emails, and calls between Mandarin and English with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Support the Sales Manager in negotiating contracts and agreements with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Provide real-time translation during meetings, calls, and negotiations.
• Ensure all translated materials meet company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and terminology to provide accurate translations.
• Assist in training other team members on Mandarin language and cultural nuances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation, interpreting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales and business communication.
• Certification in Mandarin translation or interpreting is a plus.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
