📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network security.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Document and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Ensure the availability and performance of IT systems and networks.,Respond to and resolve IT incidents and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
