Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goals.Design and deliver training and development initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement among employees.Measure the impact of learning and development initiatives and ensure their effectiveness in driving employee performance and engagement.Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training and development needs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.🛠️ Keahlian
