📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through effective market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Develop and present sales proposals, pricing models, and contract agreements,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting, preferably in the B2B sector,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
