Rejeki Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our coffee products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and wants to make a difference in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process to ensure quality and consistency of coffee products.,Monitor and maintain production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.,Support the production team in meeting daily production targets and quality standards.,Assist in inventory management and ensure that raw materials are available and properly stored.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.,Support the production manager in any additional tasks as needed.,Assist in the preparation and serving of coffee to customers during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in coffee production or a related field is a plus.,Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee production processes and equipment is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic bookkeeping skills is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
