📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our documentation meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it is clear, concise, and user-friendly,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of new technical writing tools and processes,Provide technical writing support to other departments as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of technical writing strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
