📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of MEP & HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system failures and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP & HVAC engineering.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP & HVAC engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certifications in MEP & HVAC systems, such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Surabaya Raya.
