📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.,Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
