📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
