📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop retail staff to enhance customer service and sales skills.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure product availability.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Provide regular reports on outlet performance to senior management.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
