📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff.,Manage accounting software and ensure data accuracy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
