📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics to provide insights for decision-making.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
