📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the technical execution of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Manage construction schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of construction.
• Leverage advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the project team to address and resolve technical challenges and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on-site.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a strong focus on luxury or high-end projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Procore, or similar industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Certification in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the luxury residential market in Bali is a strong asset.
