📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in large-scale projects.
• Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E engineering.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines, such as PMP, LEED, or other industry-recognized certifications.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Knowledge of Bali’s infrastructure landscape, including local regulations, building codes, and environmental considerations.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote project sites.
