Store Easy Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate product receipt and distribution.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Provide support to the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
