📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and optimize the production processes for lithium battery packs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor production equipment and implement preventive maintenance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for production processes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on production techniques and safety protocols.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the battery manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
