📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes including purchasing, ordering, and receiving materials.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet production and operational needs.
  • Handle supplier invoices and ensure accurate payment processing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and business culture.
  • Ability to travel for supplier meetings and site visits.
