As a Recruitment Project Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment efforts, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs
• Screen and shortlist candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Greenhouse
• Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and project progress using Workday
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as document management and data entry
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion and high-quality hires
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including coordinating travel arrangements and managing project documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
• Proficient in using ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Workday
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
