As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch candidates. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that we attract and retain the best talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and reference checks.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Providing support to the HR team during the onboarding process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
