HAVEN Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Operations Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
