Rumah Sakit Oka Kebab is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team on the ground.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
