📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer needs and concerns.,Promoting products and services effectively to increase sales.,Maintaining accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Providing feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Knowledge of sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
