Puskesmas Krisna Spareparts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations of our company, ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of goods. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of fleet management principles and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Scheduling and dispatching vehicles for deliveries and other transportation needs.,Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Coordinating with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Implementing and monitoring fleet management software and systems.,Conducting regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local and national transportation regulations and laws.
