HR Operational Staff (Site Placement)

PT Pegasus Sinergi Solusindo is actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Operational Staff to join our team for an exciting new construction project located in Gresik, Jawa Timur. In this on-site role, you will be the primary human resources contact for our project team, handling everything from employee onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our project manager and team leads to ensure a smooth and compliant HR process, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the team on compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the ability to work in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
