• Design and implement automation solutions for manufacturing and production processes.
• Develop and maintain automation systems using tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems.
• Conduct process optimization to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on automation systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the automation industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Chinese language is a must.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and software such as Siemens TIA Portal, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
• Certifications in automation systems (e.g., Certified Automation Professional - CAP) are a plus.
• Experience in working with manufacturing and production processes.
