As a Finance & Accounting Tax Specialist, you will use industry-standard tools like SAP, QuickBooks, and tax software such as TaxAct and TurboTax. You will work closely with the finance team, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns using TaxAct and TurboTax.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Collaborate with the finance team and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on financial and accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, TaxAct, and TurboTax.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in Accounting (CPA or equivalent) is a plus.
