📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records.
• Conduct market research and gather competitor insights to inform our marketing strategies.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, both online and offline, to promote our products and services.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our website, including updating content and managing our online presence.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or sales.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in these areas.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
