Business QA Analyst - Wealth Management

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd is seeking a talented Business QA Analyst to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our wealth management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, develop test cases, and execute thorough quality assurance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide quality assurance support during the implementation and deployment phases.
• Continuously improve quality assurance processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using test management tools such as TestRail, JIRA, and Zephyr.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
